About Jal Mahal                    


Jal Mahal was built during the 18th century in the middle of Mansarovar Lake. This is one of the biggest artificial lakes in Jaipur, which was constructed using red sandstone. It is a five-storey structure built in Mughal and Rajasthani architectural styles. The Jal Mahal was constructed by Sawai Madho Singh for serving the purpose of a summer resort for his family and guests.
