Ticao Pass
Ticao, Masbate Known as “the Manta Bowl,” the rough waters off Ticao is a good place to spot majestic manta rays. The sight of these gentle giants (mantas of up to 6 meters have been spotted) gliding overhead is truly breathtaking. They’re not the only behemoths you can spot here, either: Whale sharks use the pass on their way to Donsol, where tourists flock to snorkel with the creatures.
